Green Berry Smoothie

This time it is a delicious and colourful berry smoothie.
If you’re wondering what’s so special about it, I’ll tell you that next to the berries there are also beets, carrots and zucchini hidden in this smoothie!
This makes it easier for you to get your daily portion of vegetables together and turns your smoothie into a real power drink that will fill you up properly.
You only need a few ingredients, throw them into a blender and you are ready within 5 minutes.
So perfect for in between, especially when you don’t have that much time.

As much as I love fruit smoothies, the better it is of course to put a little vegetable into your smoothie.
The great thing about this recipe is that your smoothie ultimately tastes pleasantly sweet and fruity despite the vegetables.

The zucchini is frozen in the smoothie.
The best thing to do is to cut them raw the day before and put them in a bag in your freezer.
The recipe is really great for everyone who wants to slowly get on with the green vegetable smoothies, but still needs it sweet and fruity.

Ingredients:
50 g carrots
50 g frozen zucchini
50 g beetroot
150 g frozen berry mix
400 ml of plant-based milk
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
